Sandwich panels
The sandwich panels feature a non-toxic, glass-reinforced polyester skin on both sides, providing exceptional strength and durability.
Made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) internal insulation foam, the sandwich panel provides lightweight, thermal insulation, and extraordinary resistance.
SCATTOBOX is versatile and provides lower repair costs compared to competing models.
Its smooth and uniform surface, free from rivets or seams, is particularly suitable for applying advertising decals,
offering customization options according to customer requirements.
REAR DOOR
SCATTOBOX features a standard galvanized and white coated rear frame completed with two rear doors made of 30 mm thick sandwich panels. They are equipped with door stops to secure them in the open position and a recessed stainless steel lock on the right side.
A retractable ladder and a rear entry handle facilitate easy access into the box.
two rear rubber bumpers mounted on the rear crossbeam provide further protection to the structure while operating.
The upper crossbeam of the structure is fitted with two red LED position lights and a third LED stop light.
Subframe
The subframe is made of aluminum for vehicles up to 3.5 tons.
The steel version is available for heavier vehicles.
Its assembly using bolts provides greater flexibility, lightness, and strength to the entire structure.

Three-rail sliding door system to facilitate loading and unloading in case of limited opening space due to urban traffic.
