E-Bison: Versatile, Durable, Safe
Tipping bed structure
The tipping bed is made of two parts with a single central joint, ensuring greater resistance, structural strength, and protection against the stresses that can occur while operating.
The loading bed of the float is equipped with retractable U-shaped load lashing rings tested according to DIN 75410-1 and UNI EN 12640 standards.
The housing of the rings, stamped on the loading bed of the tipper, prevents the formation of sharp corners,
facilitating cleaning and avoiding deposits of material residues.
BOARDS
Aluminum boards, height 400 mm, with a profile suitable for load anchoring:
Opening angle of 180°.
Large surface customizable by applying adhesive films.
Tipping pins with self-lubricating hinges and integrated yellow anchoring hooks
providing an additional load securing point.

Curved Edge for Increased Strength
The rear edges of the loading bed end with a curved protection, made of one piece from the bottom itself.
Structural reinforcement: The 'curved edge' strengthens the rear of the tipper, ensuring greater durability during the transport of heavy loads.
Ease of Unloading: Thanks to its curved design, facilitates the unloading phase of material from the tipper, enhancing operational efficiency.
Board protection:Its function is to reinforce the rear and the side of the tipper when loading unloading, guiding efficiently the flow of the transported material, while protecting the boards.
CAB PROTECTOR

Both types of extensions open on three sides, allowing easy access to the load.
